Any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, this site will collect selected information about your account and purchases. This includes your name, email address and order history and where appropriate the necessary information for your purchases on the store to be fulfilled. We will not have access to payment information or details of payment methods such as your full card details.
Price and payment
The price of an item (which includes applicable VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you place your order.
Payment is accepted with all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
Delivery
It takes 2 – 7 days to fulfil an order after it’s been placed. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
Europe: 7 – 8 business days
International: 10 – 20 business days
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We aim to despatch our orders as soon as possible. To ensure you get your order on time please leave a mobile telephone number so our couriers can contact you prior to delivery.
Returns
Unfortunately we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know via email as soon as possible.
We only offer refunds to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items. If there is something wrong with your order, like a damaged item or incorrect size, then please get in touch via email within 1 week of receiving your order. Include your order number and any relevant images and we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
